Getting around in Lakeview is fairly simple with the amount of public transportation available to you. The Red line stops at Belmont and Addison, and the Brown line makes multiple stops through the area at Diversey, Wellington, Pauline and Addison. Busses run down most of the major streets as well, giving you a little more flexibility in planning your trip. Taxi cabs are also readily available due to the abundance of local eateries and drinking establishments.
