Lakeview/Wrigleyville
The majority of the housing in the Lakeview/Wrigleyville is found in low-rise buildings, consisting of single family homes, two-four flats, and small apartment buildings. There are a few high-rise options, though mostly closer to the lake. While there isn’t a tremendous difference in the style of living between Lakeview and Lincoln Park, Lakeview tends to have cheaper rent when it comes to comparable properties, due to the greater distance to the central business district.
