I like the Lakeshore East, the Loop, or River North neighborhoods. I currently rent in Streeterville. I would love to have an in unit W/D for 1400 or less. I hope to also grab a decent view of the city or lake/river, preferably lake/river. I know I may be asking for a lot, but I hope to find something! Thanks!!!
