Lakeshore East
Lakeshore East borders three of Chicago’s biggest attractions; the Theater District to the West, Navy Pier (Photo 1) to the East, and Millennium Park to the South. The downtown Theater District is host to hit musicals, plays, and dance productions straight from Broadway as part of Broadway in Chicago, including the famous Chicago Theater (Photo 2).

Millennium Park plays host to outdoor concerts in the beautiful Pritzker Pavilion (Photo 4) during the summer season, along with the world famous Art Institute of Chicago. Chicago’s thriving music scene is home to big name concerts such as Lollapalooza (Photo 3) and soul-stirring performances by the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Lyric Opera of Chicago (Photo 5), while popular local venues for blues, jazz, rock, hip-hop, and more are packed nightly. During the winter, locals and tourists alike pack the Millennium Park ice skating rink for a romantic evening under the stars (Photo 6).
