A 4th-generation Chicagoan, J.R. grew up in the River North and Gold Coast areas. Reluctantly leaving the city, he went to college at George Washington University, graduating with a degree in Political Communications. J.R. has worked in politics, finance, and most recently real estate development. He brings a wide variety of knowledge on the downtown Chicago market, especially the luxury downtown high-rise buildings.
His earliest Chicago memories mostly involve sports at the Chicago Stadium and the pre-spaceship Soldier Field, and his first word was "Ditka," followed shortly after by "Mom" and "Dad."

Mike is a native Chicagoan who has spent the majority of his life in the Lincoln Park and Gold Coast neighborhoods of the city. Having graduated high school from the Latin School of Chicago, Mike has had the unique experience of growing up surrounded by the iconic buildings, parks and cultural attractions that Chicago has to offer. Mike continued his education at the University of Denver, where he graduated from the Daniels College of Business, with a Degree in Finance and minors in Accounting, Economics and Back Country Skiing. When Mike isn't out sharing his love and knowledge of Chicago with his clients, you can probably find him playing hockey over at Johnny's Ice House, working the other side as a referee down at North Avenue Beach, or hanging at a Blackhawks game. Mike also plays an active role in the community, volunteering his time at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago. Mike's outgoing personality, relentless pursuit of client satisfaction and passion for all things Chicago, are just a few of the things that make him a pleasure to work with.

Arin has a degree from Northern Illinois University in Corporate Communication. She currently lives in Naperville with the hopes of moving downtown to Chicago soon. After participating in PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) and obtaining numerous awards for her achievements, she found a passion in corporate marketing. In her spare time, Arin enjoys shopping, yoga and spending time with her family. She is also a current acting student to further her interest in theatre and commercial work.
